About

I am currently a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at UNC-Charlotte. I completed my Ph.D. in Robotics and Computer Science at UNC Charlotte in 2019, and my PhD advisor was Dr. Jing Xiao. My M.S. (graduated 2014) and B.S. (graduated 2012) degrees were both in Computer Science and were from UNC Charlotte.

My research interests include mobile robotics, robot motion planning, and computer science education.

Outside of research, my interests include playing games, indie game development, tv and movies, running, and reading.
